The beauty of this dish specifically is that it is so versatile. For my vegetarian and vegan friends and followers you can omit the meat and switch the vegetables round to your liking. Just keep the core spicing and water content the same and you cant go far wrong.
Kuku is a type of omelet similar to an Italian Fritata and filled with fresh chopped herbs. traditionally is was cooked over hot coals but now a days an oven is just fine! Ordinarily Kuku is served as a side dish or starter with salad, yoghurt and bread. They are delicious hot or cold and great for picnics.

Chinese & Persian New Year have some similarities. Both are celebrated on a different day each year. Chinese New Year due to following the lunar calendar and Persian New Year marking the coming of Spring time.
We love pancakes here at My Little Persian Kitchen! But who doesn’t? They are such a nostalgic treat and so versatile too. Sweet or savoury, scotch, crepes or buttermilk, I like them all.

I was a really fussy eater growing up. I would refuse to eat meat & made my dad pick all the bits of meat out of any khoresht I was having. I wouldn’t go near fish and hated all manner of dairy.
