Easy Chocolate Pot Recipe – Cardamom & Pistachio

Easy Chocolate Pot Recipe

It is a well known fact that I absolutely love this time of year. All the pretty lights, Christmas music and of course all the sweet treats make everything feel really magical.

At this time of year we tend to have lots of visitors and lots of visitors means oodles of cooking! In our home, no social gathering would be complete without rich and delicious puddings!

This super simple, 5 minute dessert is hard to beat in my opinion.  It is really easy and you can get the little ones involved in making it. My 3 year-old loves mixing it together and watching the cream turn chocolatey and of course licking the spoon after! The leftover ganache is also great for making truffles with.

These little pots of heaven have a shiny outer surface and a silky, matt, smooth and rich interior, like all good ganache’s should. Completely sumptuous! These super easy chocolate pots are perfect for your Christmas parties and are real crown pleasers. If you are stuck for time give them a go and let me know what you think!

You can replace the cardamom with a smidge of Creme de Menthe if you feel like a peppermint flavour or  some rose if you want that Turkish delight treat instead!  Nooshe Jaan!
